Our Books

All of the books listed on our site are in stock.  We don’t use a dropshipping service.  Every week we spend many hours searching out the best and most interesting titles for you, personally inspecting each selection to ensure it meets our exacting and high standards.  Our used titles have rarely been read more than once and are in good to “like new” condition. On occasion we may list former library copies; that will be noted in the description.

We inspect every book thoroughly before listing it on our site.  We make every effort to provide an accurate description of the condition and appearance of the book.  We want you to know exactly what you are getting with your Blue Rose Bookstore purchase.

Payment and Shipping

You have the option of using PayPal at the time of checkout.   Once you’ve made your selection, you’ll be automatically transferred to the payment site to complete the sale.

A combined shipping discount is available if you complete your transaction through PayPal.  Standard shipping on your first item is $3.99; additional items are charged at $.50.  Expedited shipping is $6.99 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item.

We package our books securely and ship daily (excluding Sundays and national holidays).  For your security and ours, we ship using delivery confirmation and send you the tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your purchase.

Standard shipping will be sent by USPS Media Mail or First Class (depending on the weight).  Expedited shipping is sent via USPS Priority Mail (priority is First Class for 13 oz. and less).

Returns

You may return your items in exchange for a full refund within 5 days of purchase.  The item must be in the same condition in which it was sent.  Shipping charges, however, are not refunded, and the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer unless we made a mistake.
